Realtors representing clients in Island Club Phase One can access the appropriate association application for condominium purchases or rentals online. There is no specific credit score requirement; the association considers all information submitted as part of the application and approval process.

The application fee is $150 per unmarried adult age 18 or older. Married applicants must select the “Married/Spouse” option on the application, include their spouse as a co-applicant, to pay one application fee, and provide a copy of their marriage certificate with the supplemental application documents.

Realtors seeking copies of the association’s governing documents, insurance information, budgets, and other association records may access and download the available PDF documents through the Owner Association Portal Login.
